Your grass is looking a bit flat , try replacing with a photo in photoshop. Also are your bricks reflective? if so i think it is a bit too much.

Thanks for the comments, I will remove some of that blur as suggested. But unfortunately the client wanted to show the entrance to the plots so I had to swing the view round to the side. Thanks Andy

I don't think so much of the side service wall should be showing. It makes the front facade look like a fake Hollywood set. For marketing purposes I wouldn't show it at all; people can see there's parking on the floor plan. The purpose of the rendering is to wow the buyer with the breathtaking beauty of the project, not to show off a roof gutter and a minuscule window.

Put unsharp in photoshop as your scene is right now looking blurry specially the trees.
