The Sunset Hill Resort

Hi Shuva - a few comments: 1. The facade detailing looks fairly flat. I'd recommend putting in some control/expansion joints to give some relief. 2. The palm tree trunks look weird - needs materials and form adjustments. 3. Large window in center has something wrong with the reflections....almost looks like water? Reflections on all the windows could possibly use a bump up. 4. Materials in general look very simple/flat. Grass needs texture, roof needs detail, "Grand" sign at front has tiling issues, etc. Good start - good luck.
