This is a nice image, but it confuses me. The darks are too dark, so I can't see what's going on in the foreground, and the lights are too light...so I can't see what's going on in the interiors. Especially confusing is the large green band going across the bottom third of the image. I think it's an interior wall finish, but based on the fact the upper apartments are too overblown, I can't seem to understand if I'm supposed to be able to see into the finished spaces, or only the exterior of the apartments. To improve this image: draw the focus to a certain point, or among several points, but don't make it so difficult to let the eye focus. Also, the water seems too tumultuous with so little activity happening around the complex- kill the waves or give us a reason to want to peer through the waves, ie. texture on the walls of the pool, people in the pool, ... Furniture in the upper apartments can give a since of life and activity.
