So is Blender the best program to go with or is it 3DS Max? I just keep hearing Max is the best but I have seen some pretty impressive Blender Renders.
thanks

Added two more images from the same scene. Would be glad for some feedback on the compositing of the girl, does it look plausible?

Thank you for the input! The curtain is a bit stiff, right, I just modelled it by hand, for the next one I'll try Blender's cloth simulator to get a nicer flow. The floor is not too reflective by choice, but maybe some more mirror would be more eye catching..
There is a second window on the right but actually the sun patches come through the far end window. I like sun spots in interiors but probably that one in the middle of the floor is too distracting.

Solid modeling and textures, though the curtains could use some work. The floor is a little dull but that is just my preference.
I don't get the light reflections on the floor and couch, is there a window off camera?
