Good looking house, I like the textures on the house and especialy the wooden flooring. About the composition, I personally would randomize the position of the fishes and for some reason the car looks a little unnatural, I'd might put it a little more backwards and show the front a little more..

It appears to me that the tree is little desataruated. may be its only me. I did not like the burned textures too. may be this is what you want. these are not any major issues. I liked the images. specially water waves, fishes etc. nice image.
