I think you need to find new angles, ditch the 2nd and 3rd view. It's hard to make bad angle looks good. Every building has a bad side, and your 2nd image just found it.
That brings the question, why do you need a 2nd or 3rd image?
Your first image has more richness in the building, we can see the playful shadow it creates, try finding some more exciting spots.

Manoj, there are lots of things those need to be corrected-some very basic mistakes, like in your last view (attachment) you have placed some tree cut outs at the right side. It's really difficult to imagine a tree which is 15-16 storey or 120-150 feet long. these are minor mistakes that you need to be careful. trees are good but need to be put in right place.:o
There is always a ratio of the elements in any good photography - 1/3 rule. Go to any photographic site you will get a good idea. this will help you a lot in self promotion.
The last thing i can suggest my mate: study, study & study.

Thanks Alex,
I'm very glad that you spend time in my post Kindly guide me how to cover up with all these things like should I keep my sun behind the building? It's a housing project so all the floors are of same design.

2nd view is very flat, maybe due to the use of tele lens. the repetition is a bit too much I guess, if this is for marketing, it only shows that there's too many typicals in the development.
- Overal the render looks too washed, try a backlit lighting so your walls be in the shadow, it might soften the appearance
- Be careful in placing your people, their scale are off, make sure the closer they are to camera, the bigger they become. Some distant people looks a lot bigger. Also the scale of the people in right hand foreground are too much different from the rest. I can't tell which are correct.
Try render simple a dummy box / square at the size of 600mm x 600mm x 1800mm (h) for height check, scatter them around so you don't lose track of scale.
3rd view is the same as 2nd. I don't really know what this image conveys as it is more of a 'checking the design' view. You need to try a bit more creative angle, use wider lens, go inside the balcony and try some shots, just as you are with actual camera, you will try to move around and take lots of snapshots. A good angle will make the image half finished already, so you might need to pay special attention to that. It might take the attention away from unfinished details. Bad / uninteresting angle makes the eye wander to find other things that a bit 'off'
Just my opinion

Agree with the above
I just want to add more in the composition, the scene's too busy and looks a bit crampy.
if it's a photo it looks like it has been cropped on the top and left and right. Suggest extend the sky up and right a bit more so you can have more space above and around the building.
Yes and the lady seems to be walking on the water.

Hi manoj, Nice to see you here.
My Opinion: remove those PS things, and look at the rendering. there are too many things that need to be improved. you have a very rich collection of PS cuts. They are making the image crowded overall but not perfect. When you are using This tech.-you must be very careful in some fields, like the shadows on your building and the shadows of the right side big tree are in the opposite direction. the lady is proudly walking over the pond water. The line where the building touches the ground is very confusing....
Best of luck.
