I am PB Uma Maheshwari and I am writing this to apply for the position of 3D Visualizer in your company. I am currently working at an Architecture and interior design firm called Design Dialogue in Hyderabad in India.
I have a bachelor's in Urban Planning from Manipal University and a master's in Infrastructure Finance, Development, and Planning from NICMAR. However, it was during one of the design-intensive internships I did at Ridit Design of Sweden AB as a 3D Visualizer, I realized my strong passion for architectural design, visualization, and modeling. Post my master's did a training program in VizAcademy in 3ds Max Architecture Course 2022.
I worked closely with the architect, interior designer, yacht designer and fashion designer teams to plan and visualize. Within a limited time, I presented and explained visuals to colleagues and clients ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible and created both static visualizations using 3DS Max with Corona rendered and UNREAL Engine. Post-rendered work using Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro by Working with industry-standard design tools and software.
