These 3D visualizations present exteriors of 2 semi-detached dwellings that are located in Steyr in Austria, which were dedicated for the suburbs.
This project includes two semi-detached buildings with 6 separate dwellings. Each of the residents has access to his own garden and unroofed space located outside. Two external apartments also have access to their own swimming pool in the garden. There are some roofed parking spaces located at the back of each building. It represents toned and cozy design, which is mostly dedicated for families with children, that have more space outside to spend time in open air.
The main feature of outdoor space for each apartment is that despite its semi-detached character there is still some private space where a family can spend time enjoying their company only. Still, location in peaceful outskirts with a lot of green places with trees, bushes and other plants is perfect for detaching from everyday problems.
Square building structure makes its interior designing easier and economic due to its simplicity that will surely result in rapid acclimatization. Such a cubage also gives residents optimal lighting conditions which are extremely important for a semi-detached building. This kind of construction comes back to favor and designates new quality for modern architecture.
