Well...the transparent people is a way that my colleagues and i use to give the viewer the impression that lot's of people are moving around in our image (dynamic people...we also gave them motionblur to emphasize this impression) I don't understand the thing about the horizontal line u refer to. If it's the "sunscreen" on the elevations that are sticking out then it's just a way to show that we might put an overhang there but we are not sure (we indicate that something might go onto the facade and hang out from it !) :)

Was it possible not to make peoples transparent? to see how it looks? Did not understand the idea of that horizontal line too. :(
