This project involved creating a detailed 3D model of a summer house based on an available 2D blueprint. The model was developed using Blender, ensuring high precision and alignment with the architectural plans.
To design a realistic surrounding environment, the Unreal Engine PCG (Procedural Content Generation) plugin was utilized. This approach enabled the efficient generation of landscape elements such as grass, trees, and other natural features, resulting in a visually appealing and natural layout.
Material textures were applied using Unreal Engine 5, leveraging its advanced material system. High-quality PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures were used to give the models an authentic look, meeting modern architectural visualization standards.
The final rendering was executed with Movie Render Queue, producing high-resolution images and videos with realistic lighting, shadows, and intricate details. This method ensured a professional quality output, ideal for showcasing the project's aesthetic and functional features.
The result is a visualization that accurately reflects the architectural concept while harmonizing with the natural environment, making it suitable for both client presentations and public exhibitions.
