You select the area you want to correct and do a Transform. These adjustment nodes will appear which will stretch the image
in the direction that you move the node. I would do half the adjustment to the top and half to the bottom of the selection.

It's a filter called lense correction. It's great for getting the verticals parallel.

Aside from the above comment; I am finding it hard to find a focal point on this image. I think the intent was to show off the building on the left of the viewable area, but the white building in the background is soaking up some of the attention, not to mension the car accident in the foreground. Maybe pan the cam left, remove the car stuck in the tree, fix the perspective, and try to close in on the subject a little more.
As for the concept, love the design and finishes of the building.

i'd seriously straighten up both your photographic plate and the scene camera. there's more tilt to it than the leaning tower of piza.
