Nice work.
Personaly I would straighten the vertical perspective and render slightly closer so you get less road/sky, maybe even chop off the top of the background building.
I also would render in the trees/cars. Vray C4D has good proxy support.
(nit picking things)
The curb could use with a separate material.
add a base to the tree (soil a few weeds ect.)
model a bit more of the other side of the street or fake some more complex window reflections, its a nice opportunity to add color
The window on the existing building on the far right looks huge for a traditional style and starts at about 1.6m and goes to about 3.8m if your people are correct scale.
(architectural nitpicking)
Is that a coreten overhang? is your client is throwing money at you (or the project architect) :P
not sure where the location is or if there is a smoke ban, but if the chimney on the right is in use its going to smoke stain the side of the white apartments and maybe kill the vines
I would commit and make the inside wall of the balconies white instead of orange, the expression of the coreten doesn't need paint to harmonize with it, in fact if the client is throwing money at you you could try another raw material to go with the "raw" material aesthetic of the glass, metal, ect. Wood?
