I think I might have found a piece of the puzzle, gamma wasn't set. Now If I apply it it washes all the materials out, do I have to delete all of my materials and re add them ?

Here is what it looks like with a few things changed:
No camera modifications
Irradiance is set to a multiplier of 3
Instead of Light cache I am using a photon map.
This was a render of a previously saved file before I tried a few suggestions from other threads
