Marlon,
Oops, I think you're taking the comments in the wrong way (which is my fault, not yours). I certainly didn't mean to criticize. I'm a designer by profession and I greatly value and promote creativity in design...sometimes it's absolutely great to just ignore "reality" in order to explore possiblities of design forms. In that regard, there's nothing wrong with your conceptual design study. Instead of only making a little-hearted joke with the intention of making you and others smile, I should have also congratulated you on your design explorations. Keep posting, keep designing, and I'll try to do a better job of expressing my attempts at humor so you and others won't take offense. You're absolutely right about why you post on this site...couldn't agree more!
And thanks for encouraging me to post my work too!

haha that's not what i had in mind... i was thinking more as a challenge ..why not try? maybe to you its not valid hence your sharp remark... but i bet your ideas have flaws in them to and it would easy to come up with a few sharp remarks for you also ....but that's not my intention... thats not why i post on this site... i see this site as a place to explore the possibilities.. ... and enjoy everyone's amazing work!!!.... but thanks either way for your comment..
i cant wait to see your work sometime :)

You mean like, "Hey why didn't I think of that?!!! All these years I've been unnecessarily limited by passé physical laws like gravity n' stuff!"

I think a structural engineer would have a lot to say about this ..especially if he or she is trying to make this idea a reality!.. it would be a challenge and fun to see the structural system that can achieve this. Thanks for your comment

I think a structural engineer might have something to say about the design.
