I love the lighting and textures. Nice render. A few small things.. The carpet looks a little odd, like an image mask gone bad (the black edge) and I'm not fussy about the view out the window, the angle looks a little off. The wall texture on the windowed wall doesn't look quite right as far as the UV goes. Thanks for sharing.
