Beachcroft was a fascinating project for us, mostly because we did it twice. We first did a render set for it about 7 years ago when the project first launched, but the development ran into funding issues during construction and was abandoned as a derelict concrete shell for around 4 years until another developer purchased it.
We were asked to revisit the renders with fresh eyes. Our latest renders - featured here - do a much better job of establishing the amazing setting across the road from a park, while the interiors do a nice job of capturing the 'industrial meets coastal' location and showcasing the incredible harbour views on offer.
