Thanks for your comments, i do the architectural visualisation but not the design, the project was sell and should be constructed in this moment, i think the engineer resolve this part. But nothing is impossible to build, everything is in the budget that is counted.

The visual is nice but the design is whacked. That cantilever has, what appears to be a 4" slab and roof with no other structure. It could never stand up, never mind be insulated. The pot lights over the car would stick up through the floor into the bedroom! Looking at a few of your other images, this seems to be a constant issue with your work. I think you should study scale and construction techniques to understand what it is that your drawing. Its very difficult for the trained eye to pay attention to the beauty of your imagery when the architectural language is screaming "I'm going to fall down!"
