Here is a new joint learning project I did with Muvin. Project info is as follows:

Location: Fray Luis de León, Las Condes, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile

Owner: Inmobiliaria Fernández Wood
Fray León building is a small set of 9 apartments located in the area of San Damián, in the district of Las Condes, in Santiago de Chile. The architectural proposal consists of breaking a body into small fragments that generate unique and identifiable volumes, without repetition and almost without modulation. We work in a way to generate identity and a sense belonging. Each apartment has its own particularity and characteristics.

Software Used: 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop CC, Rich Dirt, FPP
Model Credits: All Slim Trees and Caged Trees are modeled by me. Some model are from evermotion and iCube R & D.
