Thank you for comment. Architect of the project wont use nontransparent glass with lighting behind... about this strange light reflection - i really dont know what is it. I spend 2 hours to fix it but i cannot. About cars, grass ect. - TIME TIME TIME. Sorry for my bad english

The design, lighting and layout is pretty good but there are a few things that damage the image. The lighting from inside the stores is way to bright, almost like they are glowing. I know you don't want to model the inside of the stores but you could just use an image instead of that glaring bright light. You really need to have more than 3 car models. At least change up the colors on them so it's not so obvious. The grass is really flat, it needs some bump or displacement. Soften the corners on the curbs, they are sharp enough to shave with :) There is a strange light/reflection on the right hand side of the island in the parking lot. There is only one light on the entrance roadway, there should be more so it is well lit. I like the image, it just needs a few tweaks to really shine. :)
