Is this a Calatrava bridge by any chance? Looks a lot like the new pedestrian bridge he is building here in Calgary.

Pretty cool render - but the resolution of the background are somewhat too low i think.........and what's with the motion blur direction........they are all wrong man......at the first image it seems the car was moving on back gear and in the 2nd one it seems the car was moving sideways?

The concept is ok but you need a lot of work for the lighting, texturing and of course for the resolution of the background image...
