Southbank, a Manhattan in Melbourne, is where highrise buildings have been built crazy-tall. Their connection forms a great wall along the south of CBD and blocks urbanists from seeing or receiving view to and from the beautiful Botanical garden nearby. City's Arcade sacrifices its emptiness and gives this back to the people.

The studio took an international skyscraper competition brief and turn into a studio for the student to explore the cities urban context and produced their own thoughts.
