The house concept focuses on an outer envelope with voids, serving to protect the inner living spaces while bringing in natural light into two private courtyards for outdoor living. The central core on the ground floor houses a staircase and acts as a separator between the kitchen and dining area from the living space. The courtyards extend the interior space, providing abundant sunlight and creating a play of light and shadow. They offer private oases with greenery and calming water features for relaxation and meditation.
The second floor features a distinctive cross-shaped layout with a central hallway, three spacious rooms, and a stylish bathroom. Each room opens into one of the courtyard quadrants below, forming high-level private courtyards. The unique volumes of the two rooms on this floor act as architectural bridges, enhancing both form and function by creating weather-protected zones on the ground floor.
