Hello John, yes for lighting there was used vray-sun and HDRI.

very nice work, very natural lighting do you use HDRI and vray sun? perfect ground it looks very natural it would be interesting to see wire frame.

Thanx for comments. the ground was made using displacement map and about 10 piece of pebbles which was randomized with multiscatter plugin. pebbles was modeled by myself using 3Dmax and a little bit of Zbrush

Nice CG work here, front-environment is very convincing. Can you share info as to what models you used? Are they self-modeled or did you use packages from providers? If so, the rocks and pebbles... really curious where they came from, very good models. cheers
