Thank you Dave for your comments. You are right about the counter lighting and people, but the client didn't want to give too much attention about what's going on behind the counter and didn't want any people figure......so I turned off the lights (I left only tha lighting through window) and gave to people figures much motion blur in order to give the feeling of motion (like a static camera which captures motion for a long time) and a more interesting look.

Also, you may wanna turn the lights on behind the found counter in the fridges, the fact people are in the canteen suggests it's open but there is nobdoy to serve them and they fridges look turned off

Nice but why are the people sat down moving so fast? Anyone stationary should have very minimal motion blur. Even the person walking is going far to fast. Other than that it looks good.
