This angle is more of a east south view. So I would say that it would be more of a late afternoon shot. Asumming that's the sun reflection on the left of the building. In fact, this image would have matched perfectly yesterday afternoon as we had rain mid-day and clearing in the afternoon. Very nice image you did here!

Thanks for the comments. I was trying to make the image look as if the city was just waking up and the early morning rain had just rolled through leaving the ground wet. The puddles are just a seperate plane with a reflective material. The topo was not the cleanest so fortunately there were 2 low spots that made perfect puddles. :)

Really nice image! Even though it is wet I think the asphalt is a tad to shiny but that could just be me :) I love the puddles on the road, how did you do it? Great render, thanks for sharing.

it would have been nice if it had a car in it . And i think the sky need to be more yellowish to match the good reflection on your building. Anything than that, its just perfect already. Good Luck!
