The visualizations above present an architectural exterior 3D visualization of a real estate in Norway. The investment consists of several, same looking buildings.
Multi-family housing construction has been doing great recently and there are more of such projects under construction. One of the most important features of modern buildings is to keep the structure simple.
These multi-storey buildings were designed in the similar tones of colours: white, grey and light wood. Even though the colours are mixed and appear quite randomly on the elevation, they still match each other and create a perfectly balanced look of the entire development. Most people dream of a little garden just outside the door. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to create such spots right next to a regular block of flats. However, the investor still wanted to give enjoyable space outside, and they achieved by using the form of balconies, for each of the families. They are quite spacious and can be designed in any way the individuals would want to, taking into consideration whether they need a bit more, or less privacy.
The windows are of different shapes, some are smaller, some are bigger, depending on the side of the building, however, their size is rather suitable and play along with the initial purposes of the rooms.
The visualizations were prepared in both day and night light to show the advantages of the project.
