I like the way the lighting is setup, but I would allow it to illuminate the right side of the tower also. The tower appears to be to of an important piece to both the image, and the architectural design to leave it dark like it is now. The sky has to go also. Maybe use one of these skies for a crisper, higher resolution image. Just make sure the one you use has some light gracing the lower left edge of the clouds so it feels natural. It might be nice to see the lower left hand trees become more schematic also. They could start to transition to white silhouettes like the buildings, rather than staying green.
