Visualisation of the Munich Crowns project planning to be built in Southwest Munich. The Crowns are Penthouses, placed on existing buildings - a crowning conclusion.
Due to the varied architecture of the settlement with diverse building heights, the Penthouses are located from the third to the seventh floor. From here, exciting views open up into the green courtyard and across Munich.
The total of 26 Penthouses boast these views through balconies or terraces. Between 70 and 200 square meters, divided on 2 to 6 rooms, offer the individually designed floor plans of the apartments.
