Thank your all for your comments. Using the images for showing peoples in rendering not a best way. Now i buy some nice 3D models of people and in to the future i will use only this one. About reflections in windows - yes i have some problems with glass material in this render but for this project i have only 2 days.....

Hmmm look at the scale of people, lamps (too small), trees (or is it a bush ?), (reflections in windows vs. the sky used) more contrast between the different mats; looks like the materials flow together (colors are too similar) Nice model !

I like this image too. But there is a problem with people. Especially those in the right corner. Flying ;) ? And too much duplicating...
