I really like all the renders, its hard to find much wrong with them. Clean, Crisp, Industry standard images. well done.
Thank you all for your kind critiques. Basalath, I use evermotion vegetation.
Very good renders. Please let me know the type of trees and bushes that you have used. They look very realistic. Did you develop these renders as still or animation renders?
Hi Mike, Very clean renders, almost like a "wish you were here" postcard! :) I think the renders would do well with some people doing their thing.
Thanks Nicolas. So true about adding people. I concour. But this was one of those really tight deadline jobs with not quite enough time to get people Photoshoped in.

Thanks, Andrew. I was a very early adapter when RPCs first came out (I think back around '99 or 2000), but they have been banished from my renderhaus for several years now in lieu of the much more realistic Archvision collection. Yes, system memory takes a huge hit come render time (even when using proxies) but as you can see, the added realism makes all the difference. I won't even use RPC trees way off on a distant horizon. And RPC people are the devil.
Very nice renderings. I too am trying to start with some residential exterior renderings. I'm curious on what plants you are using to get the realistic feel? I used some RPC content and I want to distance myself from that, but I also want to be happy with my purchase. I also like your textures, I think with the 3 tab shingles, you will get a tiling effect no matter what, that is what they are. Overall, very nice though.
Thanks, strider. You're definately right about the use of planter beds. That was one of the first things that stood out to me also (plus the bad tiling of the roof shingles). And now that I look at them, those lamp posts are rather short.
Renderings are all quite good - just a few things I noticed. The front light post in every view, and the street lights on the last one seems too short - maybe 2-3' taller? Also, I think the plants themselves are generally ok, but the way they "sit" on the earth could use some work. Meaning, you need some planter beds, mulch, bolders, rocks, etc to make them realistic. Having the grass carpet roll under the bushes doesn't really make sense. Otherwise, fairly crisp renders - definitely get the development's ideas across.
