U should add a bump to the ceramic tiles on the ground.they r looking flat too. Additionally the lines between ceramic tiles should be thinner , i think.

Not bad! Try softening your shadows a bit. The current stiffness of the shadows takes away from the realism. Also, apply a displacement or bump map to the rock wall. It's too obvious that they're flat textures.
