A Children's Theater design with a 150 seat auditorium, a lobby with seating and individual family restrooms. Back of the house has a configurable stage area with space for scene design and construction as well as dorms for resident or visiting actors.
The exterior covered areas provide power outlets and space for community activities such as craft shows, bake sales etc.
The roof supports 100 solar panels that will provide power to interior lights.
Parking area will have hookups for food trucks and feature EV charging stations.
