Currently there are 4 villas already built on the property and those buildings will need to be modeled to look the same as they appear in the photos.
Additionally we are adding;
1. An extension (Annex) to the existing 4 villas.
2. 5 townhouses.
3. 1 condominium that has both residential and luxurious amenities.
4. Luxury amenities facility that will have a gym, spa, music room etc.
We are looking for luxurious beautiful designs. Roads and Terrains are also required to make it visually stunning.
At the end of the PDF we have referenced some luxury architecture styles that we are looking for.
Deliverables -
Use the framework, sizes, and measurements we have provided and create a detailed luxury architectural detailed exterior design for this 5800 square meter hotel, townhouse and condo development including terrain.
1. Existing villas (use existing pics as a design reference.
2. NEW - Annex to villas - you will design luxury addition exteriors for our villas.
3. NEW - Townhouses - you will design NEW luxury townhouses exteriors.
4. NEW - Amenities building - you will design NEW luxury Amenities / entertainment building exteriors.
5. NEW - Condominium building - you will design a NEW condominium / amenities / retail exterior building.
Must include a fly tough video as well.
