This 92-unit apartment building has been proposed for Portsmouth, NH. Our client needed a realistic rendering which captured the lighting accurately, and correctly represented the building and the site in the evening. Despite being a dusk rendering, we also worked to convey the details of the building façades and the richness of the environment. We found the perfect time in the evening to capture the scene in its splendor, while attentively displaying the expansive walkways and landscaping.
