All your materials put refraction and reflection to 8 Subdivs. If you want to speed up proces go on forum, you can find a lot of stuff there ;)

3 days?! what processor? that is too much?! for this quality it is too much, i can see lamp in the back, that is evermotion model and probably Barcelona chair too, you need to check evermotion models and materials, their settings are always too high or they have too much polygons... you need to check your settings, on my i7 this picture would take 15 minutes, to 2 hours maximum with precalculation... but still picture is ok, you need to check your time

I think some materials could be better, but for the time being it´s ok, the render time was more than 3 days then that´s the way. Thanks for your comment.

Ok time is problem to everybody, but what is problem with quality? it looks good to me?
