This is a renovation project for a historic residential apartment, where a transformation hypothesis is created with a change of use, turning it into a clinical analysis laboratory. The new intended use of the property perfectly adapts to the existing space, both in terms of square meters and height (historic buildings in Italy have greater height compared to modern structures). The result is a modern laboratory with a reception area and a small waiting room, two offices, a laboratory for diagnostic analyses, and a bathroom. The project is designed to serve the citizens of a city with 60,000 inhabitants.
