I have been going back to some older scene that I don't think I did well enough and this was one of them. I changed a lot, only keeping a few elements. I used what I have learnt in the past year and applied it to this new render. I wanted it to be rough and industrial but I never achieved that in the first render.
I made this in 3DS Max, rendered with VRay. The bedding was done using Marvelous Designer. I'm not entirely happy with the bedding, but my trial of MD expired earlier this year. unfortunately. I did quite a bit of post-processing to improve the lighting and reflections.
