I really enjoy the mood and feeling, I especially like images (and have noticed) that images with many levels become more interesting, you made something that people would not generally tend to notice or even say was interesting, into something interesting and also a sales point for your client. Well done!

This appears to be a double skin wall that acts as a naturally ventilating, stack effect, thermal buffer. Very similar to what we did at SCB with the Loyola Information Commons here.
If so, the sustainable and technological inner workings are definitely something a client would want to exhibit. This very well could be the most interesting aspect of the building.
That said, very intriguing rendering - colors are remarkable. Great work.
