You're almost there. Desaturate and turn your yellows to oranges. Get rid of the green in the lobby. Balance so that the main colours are complimentary to each other. Add a vignette and layers of rain, 3 layers each with a difference size drops. I would remove the light streaks until you can make them more realistic.
