Concept development and visualization of the residential area in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Residential area with three zones and recreation center near the Telman settlement, Astana, Kazakhstan.
This new residential area it's one more volution of the Astana city. This project not just only raise quality of construction in Astana on a new level, but will emphasize Kazakhstan unique architectural style, setting the tone for the surrounding buildings.
To develop this project, GRADUM company were to attract the best architectural firms in Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan, wich allowed not only to take into account local traditions, to bring modern technology to the project, but also to achieve the maximum level of all details, from the concept of the development area till individual interior design project covered parking.
Main goal was to consider customer wishes:
-Apartment buildings;
- Chalets;
- Ponds on area;
- Equestrian;
- Fishing;
- The restaurant;
- Hotel;
- Club;
- Walking trails;
- ATV zone.
