Thanks for all the comments: here is another shot (no post production except for levels). The only photoshop element is the 'glow' at the top of the image. Again, I wanted to push these drawings as far as possible in 3Ds Max and see what IRAY could really do. The time-lapse feel of the passing cars in the foreground were done using tubes with self illumination. The depth of field is also done in MAX. The first image is very boring and empty. But the second man ! That one is awesome ;- ) ! The framed tall composition is great, and the textures on left and the whole foreground elements add great detail to the image :- )
Look promising! Lighting and mood are nice! Try adding some light noise bump map on the glass to create a realistic reflection on the tower.
Amazing! Looks excellent. With a little post production will be even more strong. I now is not easy but if you could have some variation on the interior lights will be great. Cheers!
I agree with you. Some Colored lights in the podium level would go a long way to adding some life to the lobby and commercial levels. That's something I would probably normally do in Post. That and adding some serious foreground environment. I've been so busy, I haven't had time to do anything with this particular shot. Wow, very interesting. wonderful. I like lighting, environment, that BMW;), and overall feeling. In order for post-processing, you can also use after effect instead of over doing all your work in 3ds max and renderer. Great job man.
