3dmax work cant get grass to render?

You are totally right Erick. Stay away from the 32 bit. I upgraded to 64 and it runs so much smoother... especially if you have 16gigs of ram :)

I'd bet a crisp american dollar bill that it's the fact you're using 32bit MAX (which limits you to 1GB of memory usage). E

How, exactly, are you doing the grass? It certainly sounds like a memory problem, but it's kind of hard to tell without knowing the technique you're using.
