Rehabilitation, renovation and redesign of an existing triplex row house. The interior design is centered on creating a sense of calm, relaxation and purity, while still maintaining the townhouse's original charm. The landscape design is focused on creating an intimate Mediterranean oasis with a small soothing water feature embedded in the exterior bench as a soundscape to mask any possible audible disturbances from the neighbourhood.
