I think there is a problem with the size relations... for example the two people heading towards the entrance seem like they are just three steps from reaching the door... remember their size... now on the balcony the guy is pretty small, but it looks like the balcony is just starting from the front wall of the house... so the guy should be a bigger - just what I think... also the mapping of the wooden planks on the front side could be a little smaller as well And maybe try to fix some of the modelling for the driveway... you have a really nicely curved driveway on the lower side of the picture leading to the garage, but the driveway heading up to the house looks a little choppy and it seems like there is a wave-like thing going on with the sidewalk... maybe its just the perspective though :P

I think your textures/materials look pretty nice. I think the biggest problem is that you have some conflicting shadows making your lighting seem weird. For instance, the background clouds have the sun almost directly above them (you can almost see it), but the building is being lit by a light source that is much lower in the sky. Also the tree looks like it is lit by a high sun, making it seem out of place.
