This building is not working as a hotel today. It's a mess inside and the structures are very deteriored.
The group of architects want to re-actived the hotel making a remodelation using the iconic material from Arequipa: the Sillar.
The Hotel Presidente have in his first level some small and medium comerce and the tower is aimed for the rooms.
A very nice design with very good materials.
