One of the main objectives of the project is to realize the huge cultural and historical potential of the city of Kronstadt and to contribute to the preservation of the legacy of the Russian Navy. Kronstadt should become the world's largest island-museum of the history of the navy.
The tourism and recreation cluster will be of particular interest to those who are interested in naval history, marine technology, marine ecosystems, as well as the history of the development of the seas and oceans.
