Holly Lea is an upmarket retirement village in Fendalton Christchurch. One to One Hundred was engaged by longtime client, Generus, to produce these exterior renders of the upcoming development.
We spent a lot of time modelling the surrounding site and landscaping to achieve the ideal suburban feel and site-specificity necessary for the project. The low lighting makes the buildings seem warm and inviting.
