There's a lot of room for improvement here depending on what you want your final outcome to be. I would add some context to the background and some reflections to the glass. I would also look at the colour of the trees which appear to be extremely green. Personally, I would also add a little more sky to the top of the image. The image is just cropping the top off the building.
