You are the man Juraj. My first images never looked nearly as good as yours, so give yourself a pat in the back and keep on learning. I know I have never posted images on this site, due to the nature and confidentiality of my work, but when I have a chance I may post some personal images to be critiqued. Definitely I found this forum/website trusting, informative and very professional and have gotten very good advice over the last couple of years.

Thank you Alex :- ).
You are all right about the curtain. As for wind, while I was still in the "dreaming" stage :- D (which I am at constanly) I imagined the whole scene with wind moving everything, bushes, grass, trees, but of course, none of that translated to the reality.
You will definitely see more, as I move at good pace with learning now, and I am very hungry for improvement !

Well, I was a bit shocked that the website downscaled my image to 300 kBs :- D But I though it would be sufficient, maybe I can look at some image hostings and paste links from there.
The original file (one I posted here was just 1920px, but heavily sampled by website hosting) was 4000px wide, but very clear in my opinion, I don't use blur, and I rarely use photoshop a lot, I am still total beginner when it comes to post-production.
Maybe it's the fog that you think causes too much bluring of the building ? Because it does a bit, I didn't use any gizmos to put fog just behind the building, the default fog encompasses whole scene. Will experiment further with this.

I do agree with this, the curtain was prepared for completely another shot and I just left it there, this whole part of building is unfinished the most.
The sky, to be honest, ended up missing due to wrong exposed hdri environment. Since then I only learned how to composite alpha channel ( I am still very beginner, and I tried the "do everything in 3D" approach ), so now the sky is visible, will definitely take care of this in future :- )
Thank you for insight

Also may be I did not like the image as much as Tom liked because it does not have a good image resolution quality as cgarchitect.com compress it. you may give links from any image hosting sites. so that we can enjoy the actual image.
Currently it seems that ps work is overdone or its brushed. this not the fog what make image unclear. its something over use of fog effect. may be. or me its only me.

Hi Juraj,
I want You to know that it is possible to make something better with any work, but the most important think is the idea, first concept, the "spirit" of art. You have got it! If You need some advice:
I mean about last shot. (there is the composition)
1. The courtain is not needed
2. The sky should be visible.
That's all...two or three "strokes" and it's finished.

I agree with Tomasz in that these renderings are very nice and good quality, personally I think it was very well done. I don't use VRay so I can't tell you how to use fog or what you are asking. I can tell you however that one thing that gets my attention is that the curtains seem to be waving as if the wind is blowing through them, yet the tree leaves are not moving and thus it seems extrange. I agree with you that critiques are good to improve, but you need to get one to begin with. What Aristocratic's critique lacked was telling you what was not so good about your work. He should tell you what he sees that you can improve, that way you WILL become a better renderer/designer. Anyhow, that's my thought on this. Otherwise, keep on posting, I liked this and would like to see more.

Well to be fair, it's not WIP ;- ) for now it's finished, and should appear kinda complete.
I won't update it fashion similiar to WIP, but rework it a lot and then finalize it as another project. Later.
I wish I could work like pro, or maybe find time here and there inbetween to truly make complete projects like my hero Bernard Benoit or Peter Guthrie but at this moment in my life, I can't yet :- )
Thank you for comment Aristocrat, honesty goes long way, and unjustified compliments don't push people to do better next time , I am open to critiques, that's a reason I started posting here recently, since I don't really have surroundings around me that could do that ;- ).

I am not seeing here that good. really. Its off-course a good render. but I did not know how it became one of the best. cant agree with this statement. as he himself mentioned that the work is going on.
And yes. the work is great. please continue. I appreciate.
anyway. when your work is in progress there is a section named, "work in progress".

Thank you for compliment :- ) There is much to improve, but finally working with nature in my scenes is exciting for me.
As for cross-section, the building itself is hardly developed at all, just very basic, I will post everything when it's done a bit more ;- )

I don't understand why there is no replies, this is one of the best work I have seen. The last shot is my favourite. Great job! Can You share a cross section of the bridge?
