Few things, The night shot currently isn't doing anything for you. Not enough light to set a mood, and the light on the pool is too strong. Also, since this is a brand new construction, I don't think I'd add so much grunge/dirt to the concrete walls. Efflorescence is something that stains over time, not immediately following construction. Does the glass have too much reflection? Or am I seeing through the building to the trees beyond? Either way, I think the material needs tweaking. Lastly, I'd bump up the resolution. Seems like a lot of details are lost in the grainy images.
